    I would like to request you to confirm over this mail right to represent (RTR) before your consultant
    appear for interview with Client.

    I am here stating the RTR that will ensure Client's name and rate confirmation, please confirm the
    following RTR.
    I, Vidya Y from Sierra Consulting, Inc. Hereby give exclusive Authorization to Gimmko
    Technology to submit and represent Sai Prasad for the position of “Hadoop Developer” position
    with Mutual of Omaha / Prokarma in Omaha NE.
    I have not and will not give any entity, firm and/or agency the right to submit my qualifications or
    represent me in any way for this specific position at Mutual of Omaha / Prokarma in Omaha NE.
    Please confirm rates of $58 hourly all inclusive on C2C.
