CONFIRMATION OF DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, TAN O TAN, of legal age, widow, Filipino citizen, and a resident of

Brgy. Zal, Cabu, Ilo Sur.

WITNESSETH:

That I am the widow of the late JAM TAN.

That my husband Jam Tan with my full knowledge and consent,

sometime in Jan 2000 sold by way of a Deed of Absolute Sale a real property
designated as Lot 100 and declared under Tax Declaration No. 00-0000-
001111 containing an area of Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Four
(8,474) square meters, more or less. Said lot is bounded on the North by
01; on the South by 02; on the East by Lot 03; and on the West by 04.

That I hereby CONFIRM, AFFIRM, AND RATIFY the said sale in favor of
Spouses TONIO and LIA SUN, who, since the sale was made in favor of them
by my husband and me, are in continuous, adverse, and open possession of
the land mentioned above.

That I know the foregoing facts of my own personal knowledge being

the wife of JAM TAN and furthermore I actually witnessed and signed my
marital conformity to the transaction referred to this presents.

That the transaction mentioned above is known by each and every

member of the family.
