Hello, Munchies!

Thank you so much for being a subscriber

to Mind Over Munch’s newsletter! To show
my appreciation, I’m gifting you this Infused
Waters eBook! Now you have access to
all 25 refreshing recipes from my infused
waters episode, so you can try out your
favorites at home!

Drinking enough water each day is so

important, but it can be difficult! We
often turn to flavored drinks when we’re
thirsty. But, these drinks don’t provide our
bodies with the true hydration that we need, and that we can really only get from water. On top of
that, many flavored drinks are LOADED with added sugars! For a tasty alternative that provides real
hydration, try infused waters!

The beauty of infused waters is that they’re SO simple to make. First, choose your base. You can use
regular water, or other varieties like sparkling or coconut water. Then, choose your infusions! With so
many fruits, veggies, herbs, and spices to choose from, there’s a world of flavor possibilities. Whether
it’s sweet, savory, or even spicy flavors, don’t be afraid to get creative and try new infused water
combinations!

Simply place your infusions into your water, and the natural flavors in these fresh foods, herbs, and
spices will seep in. You can create single-glass infusions, or a large pitcher. Let your infused water sit at
room temperature for an hour or two. Then, you can enjoy your drink immediately, or refrigerate and
keep it for later! You can also elevate flavors by using a muddler, which is basically a tool for mixing
and breaking up some of your fruits to release their flavors. But, you don’t need a muddler to create
infused waters!

Simple as that, you’ve created a new, refreshing water with exciting flavors. It will still keep you
hydrated, but it’s so much tastier to drink! Don’t worry about specific amounts of ingredients or
proportions in these recipes—think of them as inspiration. The idea is to create flavors that YOU
will enjoy drinking, so trust your taste buds!

I hope you enjoy these infused water ideas, and if you’d like more recipes or eBooks, you can always
