Reflection About Seasons Lesson
Overall aim and context of the lesson : understand the concept of the lesson.
Describe (D):
Who is the lesson for? The lesson for kG2 class.
Where did the lesson take place? The lesson took place in classroom which is in the carpet and
on the table to do group activity.
What were you trying to achieve in your lesson? I would the student be more active and use strategy
that motivate them which is give sticker star.
What did the students do? The students answered the questions that I asked them during the video
Also, let them to act the seasons what are like with me that made students exciting because the child
love that method and it has movement and help them to remember and understand the concept of
the lesson. For example, acting hot and ask them which seasons. As well as, showed them flash cards
pictures and asked them some questions.
Analyze (A):
Why do you think the students responded the way that they did? Because the student’s likes the video
and it include pictures and song that help them to understand more and have discussion with them
and some acting that refer to seasons.
How well did your teaching relate to the students’ prior understanding? Ask them the questions and
let them to draw something that related to the seasons on the board.
How well did you engage the students? Open for them the videos if available and give the real
materials like socks, jacket, t shirt that makes student to engage more.

Did your lesson meet your teaching goals? Yes because they understood the concept and
acceptable of my teaching that help me to achieve my teaching goals.

How might you enhance student learning of this lesson in the future? I would enhance students
learning in future by give real materials that related to the seasons .Also, let them to discuss
more.
What are the implications for your professional practice? The implications of my professional
practice is asked them more questions and gave for them examples when I showed them the
flash card.
