Personal statement

Hello, my name is Gabriel and I'm a very positive person that is willing and excited to work with new
groups of people. I'm passionate about baking and pastry, and I love to learn new techniques.
I'd also love to work in some informal places like bars, pubs and others of that kind since that
environment is really comfortable to me.
What I'm aiming for is a friendly workplace where I can learn of the people surrounding me. I'm a
person that's always concerned about making the space as comfortable as I can for everyone. I also
studied gastronomy for three years so I have the technical knowledge of most things that could be
made in a kitchen.

Responsibilities & Achievements
While I was there, I had to work in the production of vegetables, to prepare the different kinds of meat,
boning chicken, among other duties.
I also helped in some crowded events, serving all the main and side dishes with the help of my co-
workers.
In some occasions, I could work in the pastry section, which was really enjoyable since it's a personal
passion. There I helped in the making of different kinds of products that clients could have at
breakfast or in the afternoon.

Responsibilities & Achievements
While I worked in this project, I was in charge of buying all the commodities to bake the products my
clients requested. I had to learn how to calculate the cost of products and about profits, to search for
better providers (either cheaper or that offered better quality products), to learn how to treat with
clients, about efficiency in time and money-saving, and a large amount of things about having a
business, no matter how little it was.
