Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients

For the Stir Fry

 Noodles
 2 Chicken Breasts
 Chopped Vegetables such as cabbage, pepper, carrots etc
 Water chestnuts

For the Sauce

 Soy Sauce
 Honey
 Fresh Ginger(around 2.5cm of it)
 Cold water

Method

1. Cook the chicken in the wok making sure its cooked through
2. Chop the veg and place into the wok
3. As the veg and chicken is cooking, boil the kettle and cook the
noodles in a plastic bowl using the bowling water
4. Make the sauce. Add soy sauce, honey, grated ginger and water
into a bowl and stir. With this sauce it really depends on how
strong you want the sauce to be. However for every two
tablespoons of soy sauce you use you must add one tablespoon of
honey with it to the ratio 2:1
5. Add the noodles to the chicken and veg and stir well.
6. Add the sauce, stir and serve.
7. Add a garnish of ginger if you want and enjoy.
