several of uncycled cloth like multi-coloured doormats, rags and rugs. The past few
years in the business venture, their business was growing big so the owner of the
business decide to enlarge it and these rugs and rags was developed into a bags and
accessories. Their business was a huge success in the business venture and all the
materials that they used for their business are just only an uncycled cloths and it is eco-
friendly, they did not use a chemicals. The Rag2Riches improve the livelihood
outcomes of the poor aside from that rag2riches give a good effects to the people around
the communities.

II. BACKGROUND

This business venture are become a successful and also the owner of this business
was became popular. The rag2riches are known as the created of those bags and
accessories but it is all started in the handmade crafts. The owner of this business was
became rich but the employee of her business are not.

III. ALTERNATIVES

The employees on the rag2riches can contribute their learnings on how they make
an uncycled cloths. The more employees, the more to produce products but the wages
are still low.

IV. PROPOSED SOLUTION

 The salaries and wages of the employees should increase because the owner of the
rag2riches was became rich even if they been together from the very start of their
business.

V. RECOMMENDATION

I recommend that the owner of the business should increase the wages that she gave
into her employees to have more income.
