DLP clean uninstallation –

Step 1 – Run fixit tool & Accept.

Step 2 – Select "Detect Problems and let me select fixes to apply"

Step 3 – Select Uninstalling

Step 4 – Select Agentinstall64

Step 5 – select  Yes, try uninstall
If manufacture folder exists, kindly delete ”C:\Program Files\Manufacturer”

Restart system & install DLP 14.0.1
