COUPA EDI Connection Information

The Coupa platform can transmit purchase orders to suppliers electronically via email, cXML, or EDI. This document outlines the 2 routing options for EDI.

 Option 1 is sFTP: With this option, Coupa sends the purchase orders to a secure FTP site. This site can be hosted by the supplier or distribution center,
or by Coupa.
 Option 2 is AS2: With this option, Coupa will send purchase orders to the supplier’s secure URL. The supplier will pick up the order from the URL.
 Option 3 is VAN: With this option, Coupa will send purchase orders to the supplier’s EDI van. The supplier will pick up the order from their van.
