3. Download the language version of the assignment template concerned from the myINSPIRE for
preparation and submission of your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times
New Roman font and 1.5 line spacing. / Muat turunkan templat tugasan versi bahasa yang berkenaan
daripada myINSPIRE untuk penyediaan dan penyerahan tugasan anda. Tugasan anda hendaklah ditaip

approximate word limit will be assessed. The number of words should be shown at the end of your

PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to develop learners’ ability to identify and analyse the causes of
low job satisfaction from an organisational behaviour perspective and suggest how managers can
increase job satisfaction.

Tujuan tugasan ini adalah untuk membina keupayaan pelajar-pelajar untuk mengenal pasti dan
menganalisis sebab-sebab kepuasan kerja yang rendah daripada perspektif tingkah laku organisasi
dan cadangkan bagaimana pengurus-pengurus boleh meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.

REQUIREMENT
Select an organisation and identify the causes of low job satisfaction amongst its employees.
Analyse these causes from the organisational behavior perspective and suggest how the managers
can increase the level of job satisfaction amongst the employees.

Pilih satu organisasi dan kenal pasti sebab-sebab kepuasan kerja yang rendah di kalangan pekerja-
pekerja. Analisis sebab-sebab ini daripada perspektif tingkah laku organisasi dan cadangkan
