Network – and has established relationships with partners in Asia as well as North and South
America. We currently have offices in Sunderland, Daresbury (Warrington) and Leeds.

THE POST
We are seeking a suitably qualified individual whose objective is to build and develop relationships
with a range of stakeholders and businesses within the North West and Yorkshire area.

You will have the ability to influence and build credibility within a very competitive marketplace. To
achieve this you must have the ability to get to know your clients business and how best to support
them. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate that you have experience in using your own
initiative, planning daily activities to maximise business opportunities.

A strong presenter you will feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels of experience and have
the ability, drive and tenacity to overcome objections and build relationships through knowledge and
providing exceptional service.

You will need to be proactive in your planning to ensure your panels business is maximised and that
networking for new business is at the fore front of what you do on a daily basis.
You will join the Innovate2Succeed project team which operates across the North of England.

THE PERSON
 You will be commercially astute.
 You will have a proven track record of sales delivery within the Public and Private Sectors.
 You will be a ‘hands on’ business developer with the ability to present at senior level.
 You will be a first class communicator who can develop and manage key client relationships.
 You will have a strong network of existing contacts within the North West and Yorkshire areas
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You will design and deliver a growth strategy for beneficiaries of the Innovate2Succeed programme
focussing on increasing profitable revenue streams through new and existing channels.

The skills you need to excel in this position include:


 Strong communication and IT fluency
 Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
 In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
 The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
 Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations
 Attention to detail
 Excellent time management and organisation

The basic salary is negotiable and is dependent upon experience and will be between £38,000 and
£45,000 pa. In addition you will benefit from flexi-time, 30 days’ annual leave (pro-rata) and a
contributory pension.

This role will suit someone who can deliver bottom line results through proactive planning, product
and industry knowledge. You must be hungry to earn and have the ability to network for new clients
whilst retaining and maximising existing ones.
