Rentia studied her Bachelors, Honours and Masters degrees in Industrial Psychology at Potchefstroom
University. She has worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Direct Axis, an HR Practitioner
and Assessment Advisor for the Centre for Professional and Personal Insight at the University of Cape
Town and started her own company in 2017 called Landman Consulting where she works as an Industrial
Psychologist. Rentia has been described as an amazing leader, motivator and Project Manager due to her
integrity and fairness.
