A Heailthier Meal According to the total values for meals at each restaurant, McDonald's hamburger meal would
provide me a healthier meal because I prefer to limit my caloric and sodium intake per my
McDonald's
doctor's recommendation. Back Yard Burger's hamburger meal is the least nutritious for me
because it has the highest amounts of calories and sodium of the four meals. I have noticed
Lorraine Pope that the meal totals that I calculated are much smaller than the daily recommended values.
IDT 3600 Maybe this is because my calculations are just for one meal instead of three (B,L,&D).
