(Method to reflect the experience as a nurse in Indonesia to the amount of salary, etc.)
Our hospital values welfare as represented by accommodations. An urban style
condominium (2 rooms and a kitchen) is available, and house rent and utility costs are
all paid by the hospital. There are fitness rooms and social lounges inside as shared
facilities. Each condominium is equipped with a bathroom, furniture and internet
access which is appropriate for on-line learning. Accommodations are fully secure: gates
are automatically lockable, and a security guard on duty around the clock at the
adjacent hospital regularly goes around accommodations.
Other Descriptions
Additionally, textbooks and materials to prepare for the national examination for
registered nurse or learn Japanese are all provided by the hospital, and time and place
to study are secured.

Fees to attend workshops approved by the hospital and other related costs are all paid
by the hospital.

Our support system is flexible and well-organized. Please feel free to consult with us
about anything.

The hospital was founded in July 1949 and has been engaged in far-reaching medical
activities as a key hospital in the region for more than half a century. We have also
taken active part in rescue and relief activities inside and outside of Japan and have
a number of experiences dispatching our rescue teams to disaster-affected areas.

Our nursing training program provides an opportunity to learn practical nursing

skills from registered nurses and nurses who have attended academic meetings and
workshops to improve their expertise. "Let's create a hospital where each patient can
Comments say, 'it was good to come to this hospital', and each staff member can say, 'it was good
to work here'"- this is our philosophy. Welfare for the staff is also in place.

The hospital is scheduled to be transferred to a new building in 2011to live up to local

needs. Nurses we will accept this time will be able to work in a comfortable
environment at a newly constructed hospital after obtaining the nursing license in
Japan.

Because we have regularly accepted medical students (GAP volunteers) from UK

since 2001, we have a useful Japanese language education program for providing
