Keep your meetings to 20 minutes each. Make sure you have a recorder.
Remember these are not blame sessions. Stay positive and have great
discussions about student success. At the end of each 20 minute session, the
grade level switch will be announced.

First Rotation: 20 minute meetins:

Grades Pre-K and K
Grades 1st and 2nd

Grades 3'd and 4tr

Grades 5ft and Counselors

2od Rotation: 20 minute meeting

Grades K and I't
Grades 2.,d *63rd'
Grade 4th and 5e

Pre-K may be dismissed

Each team will discuss the following questions during each rotation:

What positive things are you noticing about the students' transition into the
receiving grade level?
