Development of a web based application system to manage the Car Dealership’s Loyalty
Program. This effective on line system is a powerful product meant for customer retention and finding a
way out to reach prospective customers. It includes Contact Management, Reward Point management,
Scheduled Reports, various campaigning tools, awarding Rewards/Redemptions on each transactions
based on certain criterion's, Roles and Privilege management etc. Application Logins are restricted to
three levels – Administrator Login, Dealer Login, and Cardholder Login. Basically, a card has been given
to customer by which he can avail many benefits from dealership outlet.

Description:

Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) is a technology that allows a computer to detect
dual-tone multi-frequency signaling (DTMF) keypad inputs.. IVR systems can respond with pre-
recorded or dynamically generated audio to further direct users on how to proceed. IVR systems can be
used to control almost any function where the interface can be broken down into a series of simple menu
choices.
