A Healthier Meal The most nutritious hamburger meal based on my reccommended calories and
DRV's is from McDonalds. This will take up about one-third of my daily calories and
DVR's, leaving room for more consumption throughout my day. The least nutritious
meal is from Backyard Burger. This meal is over nearly half of my daily consumtion
value, leaving little room for other meals and snacks.
