     Stella Maris, Towson, Maryland (Clinical experience)
    1. I provided health care to dementia patients. I was able to transfer
    patients to and from a bed or wheelchair. I provided all morning and
    afternoon care, including dental care, hygiene care, and taking the
    patients vital signs. I was able to make an occupied bed and position
    patients in different positions that were required.
