Intervention Services and Special Education Intern ​— National Heritage Academies, 


Grand Rapids, MI 
- Helped pilot a social emotional learning program. This involved regular 
communication and data collection with schools. 
- Comparing state legislation and developing nation-wide school policy; 
- Creating online learning courses on human trafficking, self-harm and suicide, 
and trauma informed care.  
- These programs and policies are being implemented with success at National 
Heritage Academies.  
 
Teller, Contact Center Agent ​— Adventure Credit Union (Formerly Option 1 Credit  October 2013 -
Union), Grand Rapids, MI  June 2017 
 
- Began working as a teller during undergraduate school and continued to work 
with the credit union with a promotion to Contact Center agent.  
- While working for the contact center, I assisted in developing new the 
Interactive Teller Machine position at Adventure Credit Union. This involved 
creating and writing the organization’s training manual and training new 
employees.
