RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE EWING TOWNSHIP

CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) TO

THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
FOR THE 2009-2010 ACTIVITIES UNDER THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (Grant funds $219,913).

Resolution #10R- WHEREAS, the Township of Ewing received grant funds and obtained
authorization from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to
use the grant funds in the amount of $219,913, for the rehabilitation of the Ewing Senior Center
located at 999 Lower Ferry Road, as in the statement of activities under the Community
Development Block Grant Program.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of

Ewing in the County of Mercer, and State of New Jersey, that the Mayor and Clerk together with
such other appropriate Officials of the Township of Ewing be and hereby are authorized to
execute the requisite final statement report associated to the grant agreement with the United
States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the purposes set forth herein.
