Training Design For Fire Prevention Month
I. RATIONALE
The Tagum Water District employees, both men and women, should be equipped with
knowledge regarding Disaster Management and Emergency Preparedness. It will enable
them to know the measures on how to prevent fire and also the actions to undertake in
case of natural disasters. Hence, trainings that bear such theme and subject are inevitable.

The aforementioned objectives shall be accomplished through lecture, trainings and drills.
This training will be participated by all employees: 66 permanent, 40 casual and 107 job
order workers which will be divided into four (4) batches at around 53/batch.
V. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS
After the conduct of such training, it is therefore expected that the Tagum Water District
employees are already well-equipped with the necessary knowledge that will be useful to
them and to the community especially in times of calamity and disasters.
The said training will be conducted on the following dates at a conducive venue within the
locality ( probably at Miko’s Brew)
