Report: E-Modules Repair Work Procedure.

E-Modules Repair Work Procedure

Auxiliary support beam step by step:
1. Remove cross arm of K1 E-module damage side. (Picture-1)

2. Remove another side cross arm with auxiliary support beam. Because that beam will not use for future. That
area will use for HAVC. (Picture-2)
3. Auxiliary support beam (Picture-2) is replace with other side auxiliary support beam (Picture-1), which is
damage.
4. After replacing beam, re-install cross arm both side.

Main frame beam step by step:

1. Remove cross arm of K1 E-module damage side. (Picture-3)

2. Welding a plate for pull outside main frame beam by a chain coppa and do hammering on damage area for
straight the beam. (Picture-4)
3. After straight, cut pulling plate, make clean surface and paint. (Picture-5)
4. For strong bonding between damage sandwich panel plate use rivet, silicone glue (inside & Outside).
5. After finish repair work, re-install cross arm.

Down side of E-modules step by step:
1. Cut down side damage area.
2. Use HVAC cover plate (use for transportation) for close down side damage area.
3. After placing plate use rivet, silicone glue & paint for fill-up joint gap between two plate. (Picture-7 and 8)
