“Underground City in a City” is a site-specific installation and digital projection of sub/under
conscious information about the cityscapes: “During the whole history mines were representing functional space extensions for energetic demands of functional societies. Today they are missing that functional role in that particular functional society, which implicate two options: to stay out of usage or to be used on non-functional way. The mine could play a role of the infrastructure to the cultural conciseness which, in the same proportion, is a foundation of the local identity, and could fulfil the connecting hub of global activities.”
