(“Termination Date”) is in reference to the Agreement for Purchase & Sale of Real Estate dated

________________________ (“Seller”) and Situation Solutions One, Inc. (“Buyer”),
310 Chapel Street, Hampton, VA 23669
collectively referred to as “Partied,” for the property located at ___________________________

Buyer has chosen to exercise their unilateral right to terminate the Agreement for the following
reason(s):

Agreement.

_____ Seller’s Failure to Provide Clear Title by Closing Date*

The Agreement shall be null and void as of the Termination Date. In consideration of Buyer
being released from all liability under said Agreement, Buyer hereby remises, relinquishes, and
quitclaims to Seller any and all rights that Buyer may have in the Property.
SUCCESSORS & ASSIGNS: This Contract Termination is binding upon each party and their
respective officers, directors, employees, agents, subsidiaries, parent corporations, affiliated
companies, successors, assigns, agents, hairs, and personal representatives.
