Consider the following questions:

What makes us human? How do the Nazis succeed in taking those
qualites away from the Jews in Night?

Directions:
In the left column, describe what makes us human beings. You may want
to consider traits, behaviors, actions, desires, feelings, experiences,
etc. Then, in the right column, find examples in the novel of how the
Nazis manage to take these qualities away from the jewish
