Clarifications with regards to the moot problem:

1. Para 2, line 3 of the moot problem states that ‘Cinton issued a patent’. It is a typographical
error; and the line should be read as 'Cinton was issued a patent'.

2. Kindly assume that wherever the word India is mentioned in the problem, it should be read as
Dravida.

3. The inspection as per Para 8 is to take place in 'November 2017', Kindly read this as
November 2016.

4. The issue 4 'Whether the product of the Cinton infringes the trademark of the JDD?', should be
read as Whether the product bearing the mark of Cinton infringes the trademark of JDD?

5. In para 8, line 2 'Products in Mumbai to set up a teeth aligner', read this as 'Products in Mumbai
to set up manufacturing devices for teeth aligner.
