To Whom It May Concern: 

 
I am writing this letter on behalf of Miss Chloe Garcia and it is a pleasure and privilege 
to do so. I became acquainted with Chloe last year, as she was one of my top students 
in my junior English class. She is highly determined, respectful, and appreciative.   
 
She has been involved in our school’s LBGT club her tenth and eleventh grade year. 
Outside of school, Chloe is also apart of church fundraisers and city council 
campaigns. As the end of the school year is fast-approaching, this thoughtful young 
lady is excited to begin her adult life. 
 
After Chloe finishes her senior year, she has various career goals such as completing 
two years of undergraduate study at Merced Junior College. I have no doubt she will 
reach any goal she sets. I wish her all the best.
