for 1. 5 years and is an extremely valuable employee at Glendon School. Her first position was subbing

at the junior high level and she is now employed as a grade six teacher. I have known Kylie for this time;

as her administrator, and can attest to her value as an amazing educator. She contributes greatly to the

positive culture at our school. Kylie is most known for warm and caring nature and her advanced

pedagogy with assessment. She is caring, compassionate, dependable, organized, efficient, and can

manage her time. Kylie always finds ways to make the student experience in her classroom very rich and

engaging. She is highly motivated, and her communication skills are superior. Kylie has always very

open and collaborative in her approach to teaching and learning. Kylie handles herself very well in tough

situations and does not succumb to pressure. She has a level head and a calm demeanor in the most

challenging situations. Kylie is always eager to learn new things, and continues to seek ways to improve

her classroom instruction. Kylie would be so valuable to any organization; as she is determined,

confident and well organized. I would highly recommend Kylie for a position within your organization;
