Tuna fitness pizza recipe for one

Ingredients:

1x Tumaro's 8” Sriracha low-in-carb wrap


1/2 cup sliced crimini mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 small can tuna, drained well
1/2 teaspoon Tapatio hot sauce
28 grams finely grated Monterey Jack cheese
A spray bottle of extra virgin olive oil.
Preferred seasonings to taste; i.e. garlic powder, black pepper, herbs, etc.

Instructions:

1. Brown the sliced mushrooms and chopped onion in a pan.


2. Very lightly mist the low-in-carb wrap with olive oil
3. Lightly toast the low-in-carb wrap in a toaster oven using the briefest “toast” setting.
4. Take out the low-in-carb wrap, spread the Tapatio hot sauce on it, and sprinkle seasonings to taste.
Then spread the tuna over the surface of the wrap, and arrange the mushrooms and onions on top of the
tuna. Evenly spread shredded cheese over the top.
5. Turn the toaster oven to air/convection mode at 350 degrees, and wait for oven to warm up.
6. Put in the low-in-carb wrap which has all toppings and cheese arranged on top.
7. Cook until desired doneness, watching the pizza carefully to ensure that it does not become
overdone.
