To whom it may concern,

I am pleased to write this recommendation on behalf of Ms. Muskan Verma. Ms. Verma
began her Co-op placement with the Mississauga Hospital – Endoscopy Department,
February 2017.

Ms. Verma has been involved with a variety of tasks in the Endoscopy Department, a
procedure area with 4 rooms, patient registration, waiting room, admitting/recovery area,
and medical supply stocking area. Her experiences have included, but not limited to:
stocking medical supplies and linen, cleaning touch point surfaces, directing patients to
appropriate areas, calling for patient rides, maintaining the Patient Satisfaction Surveys,
collecting the Ministry Mandated Cancer Care Ontario Forms, and any other duties
assigned to her by Nursing and Clerical Staff.

Ms. Verma came to the Department eager to learn more about the Medical Health
System, and has demonstrated this by her daily commitment to the Department over the
last 4 months. She grew confident in her abilities, and is able to work independently. I
am sure that she will excel at whatever she undertakes, with hard work, focus,
determination and confidence.
