Dear Parents,

This email is to inform you that Oasis Preschool will begin registration on March 6th, 2017 from 9:00am—
12:00pm. Please read this letter thoroughly as it is important that all steps are followed in order to complete
registration.

Please note the following important information:

1. Registration will be conducted on a first-come first-served basis and will not be guaranteed until all
paperwork has been submitted and your file is complete.

2. We have a limited amount of spaces available and there are many families wanting to register,
therefore, a space will not be held for anyone who doesn’t have all the documents necessary to
complete registration on March 6th.

3. To be eligible for this program you must be a resident of Jersey City and have a child who will
be three years old by October 1st, 2017—no exceptions will be made.

4. You cannot register your child at more than one center. If you register at more than one center
you run the risk of losing your spot at both places.

You are required to bring the following documents with you on the day of registration:

 Photo ID for both parents plus a copy

 Child’s original birth certificate, documenting years of age on or before October 1, 2017 plus a copy

 Child’s immunization records plus a copy

 (2) Proofs of residence dated for February or March 2017 (current telephone bill, gas & electric bill,
telephone bill, cable bill etc.) plus one copy of each. Please see the attached document for a detailed
list of documents you can bring for proof of address.

Copies or required documents will NOT be made at the school. Please make sure you bring the
original documents along with the required copies. You do not need to bring your child with
you to registration.
