• Pets (dogs, cats, birds and any
other household pets) must be
registered with the office and
approved by management prior to
occupancy and after estab-
lished residency.
• Weight limit is 25 pounds
• Residents will be allowed to keep
pets only if they do not disturb
other residents
• Dogs must be leashed at all times.
• The feeding of ducks is prohib-
ited.
• Pets are not allowed on the tennis
courts, in the pool area or club-
house
• Designated dog walking areas:
• Along the east (white) boundary
fence
• Vacant fields on west side
• Along 30th Street hedge
• Owners must pick up after their
pets
• Violations can result in revocation
of the privilege to have a pet

The Harvest Board of Directors
approved a motion at their Au-
gust 24, 2010 meeting to im-
prove communication for the
condominium residents. Look
for a monthly newsletter posted
near the mail boxes. You can
also find this and other informa-
tion at our own Facebook page,
The Harvest Condo. Communi-
cation and follow-up are the
keys to success in any en-
deavor. We hope these added
features will improve the quality
of life for our home community!
The monthly newsletter will
feature timely information
about current projects along
with photos. We will let you
know when there is a special
event such as a Community
Garage Sale. We will also share
challenges faced by your volun-
teer Board of Directors. Each
month we will review a section
of our Rules and Regulations.
We all agreed to abide by these
standards when we were ap-
proved to live here, but some-
times we need a gentle re-
minder.
