Institutional Web Management Workshop

(IWMW 2018):
Streamlining Digital
IWMW 2018 will be held at the University of York on 11-13 July 2018.
IWMW 2018 is the 22nd in the series of annual events for those with
responsibilities for managing institutional web services and other digital
channels. The theme of IWMW 2018 is “Streamlining Digital”.

Summary: Digital teams don’t always have the skills or resources to undertake a task
successfully themselves. There are times when effort provided from beyond the host institution
could be used. But how do institutions go about deciding when such approaches are
appropriate? Speakers including digital team managers, vendors and consultants will give their
thoughts and invite questions and an open discussion.

Social Events
The event dinner will be held on the first evening with a barbeque on the second evening. Afterwards delegates are
free to either stay on campus or go into the town centre for drinks. Note a late bar is available on both nights which is
open till midnight.

Cost
The cost is £400 per person. The delegate fee includes full attendance at the workshop, accommodation for 2 nights,
conference materials, refreshments and lunch, workshop dinner and social events.
