Present Resolution 2018-39: Anvil Points Settlement

 Memorial Regional Health – Andy Daniels

Present a resolution (2018-40) approving the issuance by the Board of Trustees
of the Memorial Hospital, acting by and through its Hospital Enterprise, of a
construction loan note, the contracting by such trustees of USDA Direct and
guaranteed permanent financing and the extension of the term of the existing
site lease between the County and the Hospital Trustees to match the term of
such permanent financing, all for the purpose of financing a new medical office
building and related improvements adjacent to the Memorial Hospital in Craig,
Colorado; authorizing officials of the County to take all action necessary to carry
out the transactions contemplated thereby; and providing for related matters
