I submit that the Government have accorded Administrate sanction for the
work “Construction of III rd Addl. District Court Building in Kakinada” for Rs.675.00
lakhs vide reference 1st cited. The Chief Engineer (R&B) Bldgs & RSW,Vijayawada has
entrusted the consultant for preparation of DPR’s i.e., Site survey, Soil investigation,
Architectural drawings, floor plans, Design report, design drawings & BOQ’s of above
work to Bhaskar Design Team, Visakhapatnam.
In this connection I submit that the consultant B. Bhaskar Rao, Chief Architect
of Bhaskar Design Team vide reference 2nd cited above has submitted Soil Investigation
Report, Site Survey level Plan, Site Survey Plan, Site Plan, Architectural Elevation &
Ground Floor Plan.
As verified the above particulars the following observations are found.
1. The above building is designed for stilt+ground+3 floors
2. The First Floor Plan submitted by consultant is as per the approved type design Drg
no: SA/30/02/2012-13 dt: 06-11-2012.
3. Consultant has submitted estimate for stilt + ground+1st floor (DESIGNED FOR 5
FLOORS) by duly providing provision for amenities for public in ground floor and
detailed estimates for stilt floor and court building in the 1st floor.
Further, I submit that the Soil report, Architectural plans & elevation
Drawings, structural design report & estimates submitted by the consultant are
Verified and found to be satisfying and are here with submitted for onward
submission to Higher Authorities for obtaining necessary approval.
This is submitted for favor of information and taking further necessary action.
