1.0 COURSE OUTCOME

Upon completion, students should be able to:-


- Understand the basis theories and principles of project management
- Understand the management roles of the various professions involved in the building industry
- Understand and apply the various types of planning techniques to construction management
- Prepare site planning in relation to plant, material and manpower management

2.0 SYNOPSIS / COURSE DESCRIPTION

The course is related to the management of construction projects and is aimed to provide in-depth knowledge of theories and
applications of project management, planning techniques, organizing and controlling projects including site planning.
