    Over immigration has been an issue of in Thailand. it is reported that the immigrant increased from 288
    thousand to over 1 million immigrants from 2003 to 2011 (Mekongmigrationnetwork, 2016). Most of
    the immigrants are from neighbor country such as Laos PDR, Myanmar and Cambodia. International
    Business times reported that authorities in Thailand punishes the immigrants for stealing the locals job
    opportunities. There are approximately 150 immigrant were arrested since September 2016
