1.EE (Reg of application) O&M

2. AEE(O&M) Subdivision for the concerned area for spot

inspection to prepare estimate along with A.E (O&M) for
the infrastructure under self-execution.

3.EE (1) for inspection and further process to SE office

4. SE(O&M Circle)office for further process.

5. CE(O&M Circle)office for further process.

(KPTCL Portion)

1.After receiving feasibility report from ESCOM by

office(O&M) to ESCOM corporate office for power sanction concerned
CE(O&M) circle

11. EE(1) for work order to carry out the work as per
estimate , only ESCOM portion KPTCL will give separate After paying the deposit to ESCOM,consumer has to provide
estimate for the work involved in KPTCL station. payment certificate along with request letter to EE(TL&SS)
to prepare estimate for the KPTCL infrastructure

EE (TL&SS) for feasibility

SE (TL&SS)

CE (Major works) wil give intimation for the 10% supervision

charges for KPTCL Portion after paying 10%supervision
charges CE(Major works)gives administrative approval. The
file will be sent to EE(TL&SS) for work order to estimate.
After work order consumer has to carry out the work under
the supervision of EE(TL&SS) and hand over the same to
EE(TL &SS) before commissioning.
