Suggested Recipe

Mixing Instructions Donut Y east Raised


(using a 3 speed mixer with paddle) Perfection Yeast Raised Donut Mix 1000g
1. 
Add water and yeast into mixer first, then add Water 460ml
Compressed Yeast 40g or Dry Instant Yeast 20g
Yeast Raised Donut mix.
Finishing Suggestions:
2. Mix at slow speed for 1 minute. • Fill with fresh cream and jam, dust with Perfection
3. Then mix at speed 2 for 10 minutes. Finishing Sugar
• Ice with coffee icing, fill with fresh cream
4. Make sure dough temperature is around 28oC. • Dip into melted chocolate, let this
5. Rest for 10 minutes. set and fill with fresh cream
and jam
6. 
Roll out to desired thickness and cut into desired
weight.
7. Proof for 30 minutes at 38oC and 70% humidity.
8. 
Allow to dry for a few minutes and fry at oil
temperature 190oC.
