Increase in the demand of offices in the real estate industry can be very helpful to
1 &2 increase profits. Filinvest has two big BPO investments.

Unlike other sources of energy, renewable energy is not only cleaner but is also very
3 much cheaper in the long run
This will help the company raise their capital because of attractive investments for
4 investors
Since Filinvest also has fair share of hotels in the market, this will translate to
5 increase in profits for the establishments.
The online selling trend will be a good opportunity to market Filinvest's products, but
6 that is nonexistent right now
Growth in population eventually translates to increase in the demand of housing,
7 especially affordable ones

Without the barriers imposed on foreign investments, foreign competitors with large
9 capitalization will eventually enter the country easier.

The increase in taxes that the newly implemented law will have a great impact in the
11 costs of Filinvest
Since most of the high-end hotels and condominiums are placed in the major cities,
12 limited amounts of idle land will hinder the future projects of Filinvest
