Important Information to the Pilgrims:

1. The allotment of room is only for 24 Hrs and No Extension will be allowed. Pilgrim should invariably vacate the room within
24 Hrs.
2. If Pilgrims fails to avail the Accommodation in stipulated TimeSlot, No consideration will be done.
3. Please contact CRO internet allotment counter opposite to central reception office at Tirumala, TTD to get allotment of room.
4. No Accommodation will be given to single(one) person.
5. All bookings are FINAL :No postponement/ advancement/ cancellation is allowed.
6. In the event of not availing the accommodation on the specified date and stipulated TimeSlot, No refund will be made under any
circumstances to the pilgrims.
7. T.T.D administration reserves the right of cancellation of the accommodation under any special circumstances.
8. The pilgrim should produce the original ID proof at the time of availing the Accommodation.

DO's
Do observe absolute silence inside the temple and chant Om Namo Venkatesaya.
Do observe Hindu traditions in Tirumala.
Do deposit your offerings in the Hundi only.
Do wear a tilak in accordance with your religious affiliation.
Do follow the procedures of the temple and wait for your turn for the darshan of the Lord.

DONT's
Don't come to Tirumala for any purpose other than worshiping the Lord.
Don't wear footwear and don’t move in a vehicle in Mada streets of Tirumala.
