PETITION

Undersigned counsel in behalf of the Petitioner, and unto this

Honorable Court, respectfully avers that:

1. Petitioner, of legal age, a resident of Jaro, Iloilo City is the aunt of

the minor Krisna Y. Sanches;

2. Said minor at the time of the filing of this petition, is 10 years of

age, and is a resident of Jaro, Iloilo City;

3. Krisna Y. Sanches is the only surviving daughter of the deceased

spouses Marlon and Jena Sanches, who died on December 27,
2017;

4. Krisna Y. Sanches is seized of the following real and personal

property:
a. A 350 sq. m. lot located at Pavia, Iloilo City.
b. A house and lot worth Php 1 500 000. 00, located at
La Paz, Iloilo City.
c. A 550 sq. m. lot located at Tigbauan, Iloilo.;

5. Due to her minority, it is for her best interest that a guardian over
her person and property be appointed.

6. The names, ages, and residences of the relatives of the minor

within the 4th civil degree, and of persons having her in their
custody are as follows:
a. James H. Yu, 43 yrs. old of Iloilo City.
 b. Honey Y. Chua, 33 yrs. old of Bacolod City.
c. Kyle D. Sanches, 35 yrs. old of Iloilo City.;

7. Petitioner is possessed of all the qualifications set forth in A.M.

03- 02- 05- SC, Sec. 5 on the qualifications of guardians.

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that, upon due notice and

hearing, and upon the giving of such bond as this Honorable Court may
direct, Petitioner be appointed guardian of the person and estate of the minor
Krisna Y. Sanches.

filed or is pending after its filing, I shall report that fact within five (5) days
from notice to the court or where the complaint or initiatory pleading has
been filed.
