Outline of Arguments– Respondent (State of Reverentia)

 The colony of Reverentia was located in the eastern half of Thanatosian Plains and
functioned as a manufacturing and urban trading center owing to its proximity to
several other crederan colonies
 Reverentia was established as a unitary state.
 Agnostica and Reverentia concluded a bilateral treay which were ratified by both
parties, the treaty continued without any controversy
 Due to demand, the Prime minister of Agnostica announced that that the treaty is
terminated but the State of Reverentia refused to accept.
 The state of reverential respectfully requests the court to adjudge and declare that
reverenntia’s support for the referendum in East Agnostica is consistent with
international law and that East agnostica’s secession from agnostica and integration
into Reverentia are consistent with international law and that this court shuld not order
the retrocession of Easr Agnostica to Agnostica against the expressed will of its
population
 The Marthite Convention was in effect until March 2013 and Agnostica Breached that
Convention
 Reverentia’s removal of the software in the Marthite extraction facilities was
inconsistent with international law
