To Whom It May Concern

Abigail Massman asked me to write on her behalf, and I am honored to do

so.

Ms. Massman is pursuing a career as a secondary-level educator. It is my

opinion that Ms. Massman will develop into and excel as classroom teacher.
She is devoted to excellence and gives more than expected.

For the past two (going on three) years, she visited Davis Junior High
School, and acted as a tutor and mentor to AVID Elective students in 7 th , 8 th ,
and 9 th grade. She demonstrated professional behavior and interacted
positively with students. She challenged them to grow their academic skills
through collaboration, inquiry, and note -taking. She supported their learning
in all core academic subjects. Students enjoyed having Ms. Massman work
with them and were grateful for her presence and sincere feedback.

In closing, yes, Ms. Abigail Massman will make an excellent educator. She
has my recommendation to further pursue a career in education.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Kara Stutzman, M.B.A., Ed.S.
