Paid Registrations
Registration for any QS representative not mentioned above is the responsibility of the
department to which they belong.
Please ensure all team members attending NAFSA on behalf of QS are registered before the
cut off dates.
● You may register online at www.nafsa.org/ac18registration
● You must have a unique NAFSA Passport account and must register individually.
Hotel/ Flight Arrangements
Please ensure your information is included on the following document if your flight/ hotel
arrangements are to be done by QS logistics.
If this is your first time travelling with QS, you will need to provide a copy of your passport to the
logistics team.

in preparation for the release of NAFSA’s attendee list. We will also work with the
different teams on message. To be actioned before April 13th
● Booth and Branding- Open plan concept with welcome desk, meeting/ demo areas,
brochure stands and 1 pull up banner per division (Once stand mock up is ready we will
share with everyone). The objective is to ensure we brand the stand in a way that
attendees can identify the QS brand and see all the services we have to offer, without
any visible stand demarcations between departments.
● Promotion of Future QS Events- Discussing ways we can get attendees to register for
future QS events.
● At Event Stand Operations- Discussing with Michelle ways we can collaborate here.
● Promoting Our Attendance- To be actioned by the B2B team (@George), who will
share all material to be posted across our socials before they go live.
