Dear Madam,

REASONS FOR BEING ABSENCE FROM LECTURE

Referring to the above matter, I, MUHAMMAD ARIF SAFWAN BIN RUSDI, matric number
DB170181 from your class of ENGLISH FOR HIGHER EDUCATION (UHB10100), Section 1, was
unable to attend the previous lecture on Sunday, 11th March 2018.
The reason why I could not attend the lecture was because I was attending a program called Program
Dialog Transformasi Nasional (TN50) and Green Technology Master Plan (GTMP) Malaysia 2017-2030.
Therefore, I would like to seek for apology for not attending the class. I promise that I’ll inform you
early if I was unable to attend the class.
I really hope for your kind consideration and understanding to let me attend the remaining classes so that
I can complete the course successfully by the end of the semester. Thank you.
