To Whom It May Concern,

Baily Bodelson was our intern January 3 to February 23, 2018. During our time working together
she showed many of the qualities we feel are important assets to any place of employment. We
could depend on Baily to be prepared and punctual every day and enthusiastic to do her best
with every interpreting assignment we gave her. Baily accepted constructive feedback well and
was very approachable about her work. Every day she arrived ready to improve her skills and
learn new things. We saw steady growth and improvement while she incorporated the new
skills she learned during the internship.

Through our discussions, Baily consistently demonstrated her knowledge and understanding of
the Code of Professional Conduct (CPC) for interpreters in a variety of ethical situations, and we
are confident she will follow the CPC in a professional manner. She is flexible with new
situations and can keep her composure when things don’t go as planned. Baily would be a
welcome addition to any team because of her ability to anticipate the needs of others and
willingness to step in where needed, all with a positive attitude.

After our experience as Baily’s mentors, we are confident in her abilities and would highly
recommend her for employment with any organization. She will bring many essential qualities
to any team.

Feel free to contact us with any further questions.

Sincerely Yours,

Kay Pitney, NAD lll, NIC Lisa Carlson RID CI, NAD lll
