In this paper I was honored to have hands on summary-statisticslevel results from data of genome-wide
association studies for different traits of obesity related traits from several resources in order to generatet my
own results to evaluate which I can analyze in relation to my hypothesis(27). Therefore, I used a web
interface and centralized database of health science, named LD Hub, which automates a LD score regression Commented [DD1]: I think a link to LDhub would be

ADHD and different phenotypes of obesity(28). This very big database includes an innumerous amount of
result data from different genome-wide association studies worldwide which makes it possible to estimate
the wanted genetic correlations. In addition to that, this system gives you a clear overview even when
dealing with large sample sizes(29). LD Hub has some conditions that have to be fulfilled in order to upload
the genome-wide association study (GWAS). As an example, the study should be non-sex-stratified and
predominantly European summary statistics so that the investigated SNPs are only of those who concern the
European populations, as these SNPs may not be considered as SNPs within non-European populations. Commented [DD2]: Do you have a short section describing

only studies based on European individuals should be used.

I chose to investigate different traits of obesity as overweight, obesity class I-III, extreme BMI, and
childhood obesity as well as traits which can be linked to obesity as diabetes mellitus type 2, HDL-
cholesterol, and triglycerides (see Table xxx for references to the studies). In order to find any genetic Commented [DD3]: You included the references in the

association study of significant risk loci for ADHD (put in ref to our paper on BioRxiv)which my supervisor
Ms. Ditte Demontis took part in. The study isis genome-wide association study is a big genome-wide meta-
