Keto/paleo tuna salad

Ingredients:

1 small can albacore tuna


1/4 cup chopped raw nuts
1 cup salad greens
Hot sauce such as Tapatio, Louisiana, or Tabasco
Garlic powder, savory herbs, black pepper, and any other preferred seasonings to taste.

Instructions:

1. Put the salad greens on a salad plate; set aside.


2. Drain a little more than half of the liquid from the can of tuna, then put the tuna and the small
remaining amount of liquid into a bowl.
3. Put a few dashes of hot sauce on the tuna, and also the herbs and spices.
4. Mix the tuna thoroughly.
5. Scoop the tuna mixture onto the salad greens.
6. Top the tuna and salad greens with the chopped raw nuts.
7. Enjoy.
