Keto/paleo sardine salad

Ingredients:

1 small can sardines


1/4 cup chopped raw nuts
1 cup salad greens
Hot sauce such as Tapatio, Louisiana, or Tabasco
Garlic powder, savory herbs, black pepper, and any other preferred seasonings to taste.

Instructions:

1. Put the salad greens on a salad plate; set aside.


2. Put the sardines into a bowl.
3. Put a few dashes of hot sauce on the sardines, and also the herbs and spices.
4. Mix the sardines thoroughly.
5. Scoop the sardine mixture onto the salad greens.
6. Top the sardines and salad greens with the chopped raw nuts.
7. Enjoy.
